Never received

I am sure these socks are very nice, but I never received them. I live out of the country and was traveling the U.S. when I ordered them and paid for express shipping and they came 5 days after I left. I contacted customer service and kept getting auto response emails and have never been able to connect. So, the socks may be lovely, but their customer service has a lot to be desired.

Sadly!

The 4 pairs of socks I ordered never reached me. Lost in shipping. The company gave me a refund, but I would’ve been happier if they had just resent my order.
