Shipping policy

Please note that our processing time is typically 1-3 business days. However, this timeframe may be extended due to holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

World's Softest® ships to the US and Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions are available to continental US addresses only.
  • All shipments to PO Boxes are made via US Postal Service.
  • All orders shipping to Canada will ship via US Postal Service. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. World's Softest® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at socksquad@worldssoftest.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
