Horrible shipping and customer service

Ordered these socks in the middle of January and as of Feb 1 they still haven’t arrived. Instead of being shipped to Ohio, they went from Tennessee to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and then back to Tennessee and Ship showed them delivered. I send 2 e-mails to the company trying to communicate the issue and asked for a refund with NO response other than their office hours. I then called and the person told me my purchase would be refunded when the person came back from lunch and still no refund.
