I got these because they were wool and looked nice. They were soft and very comfortable while they lasted, which was long. They soon wore thin in the heels and also toes. I contacted them about the guarantee, sent photos of the socks along with the receipt. After a reminder they sent me a replacement, not the same socks, some polyester ones, which I won't use. I thought it might be because they didn't have any of the ones I had bought, but they do have them still. Won't buy this brand again, waste of $20.
