Sensitive Wide Fit Crew

I have been wearing these socks for over 35 years. They used to sell the value packs at eggs/bali/hanes outlet stores around thanksgiving. Bought them for all the women in my family. The best thing about them is your feet don't sweat in them, and if they do, your feet DON'T GET COLD! I buy a couple of hundred dollars worth every year from the website. The best deals are late October. This year, I managed to get the "buy2, get 2 free" sale AWESOME!! just keep checking the website, the sale was only for 2 days on a weekend. I wear these socks with "wide" shoes or 1/2 larger shoe for winter, as they were always really thick, but I used to wear with my normal sized shoes and never had a problem until I got older and my feet swell. (I'm 67 now and have been wearing them since I was 25; I live in Wisconsin where it gets really cold and love the fact they have over the calf socks, just like the old "knee" socks from years ago and have several of their "over the knee socks" my knees get cold and those are awesome! (awesome)) The newest ones don't seem to be as thick as they used to be, unfortunately. They used to have extra wide socks for sensitive/diabetic/larger calf size that I bought my diabetic brother. I have a friend that has extra large calves and unfortunately they don't make any over the calf size that will fit (and I don't think the comfort fit sensitive ones will either.)

I have been ordering world softest socks for many,many,many years and have always been very happy…until now. I recently ordered 2 pair of women’s sensitive crew socks and they were nothing like the ones I ordered 4 months ago. The material felt thinner and they did not have Worlds Softest printed on the toe. I ordered my husband no name sensitive socks from Amazon at 6 pair for $16.00 dollars and they were about the same quality! Shame on you! I’ll have to think twice before ordering Worlds Softest again.

Finally a sock made for people with wide feet! Super Comfortable! Don’t feel a need to take them off the second I get home! Ordered the size I usually wear and these fit perfectly! Have always loved World’s Sofest Socks, but these are even better! Can’t wait until Sensitive WIDE comes in knee socks, too!

I love these socks and have worn them for several years. I do need to stress that the sensitive socks run very big in the foot area. I wear an 10.5-11 size shoe and Large in this style sock is too long in the foot. a Medium sock is okay and works better than Large when wearing running/walking shoes. I usually wear a Large size around the house or with looser fitting shoes, they are the most comfortable. But with a well fitting shoe the heal ends up at my ankle (looks silly). Its a bit of a struggle when ordering to decide which size to buy.
