Had an issue with two of their Garden Quarter Socks. Both pairs wore out with a holes in both pairs above the heel. The first pair I purchased at a local health food market and did not keep the receipt so couldn’t partake in their year guarantee. The second pair I ordered from them directly online. Bought them in Jan 2026 and same thing holes again. This time I had my purchase documented. Sent a email with photos of the damaged sock to Bryan Thomas, Whse Mgr. He sent me an email that it was being processed. Never received my replacement pair. Called him a week after said he would take care of it. Waited for them to arrive by mail, nothing. Tried reaching him again left voicemail. No return call or follow up. I will never buy from them again. They don’t make good on their guarantee.
Very soft And warm. I got them for $3.50 on after xmas sale. Best purchase ever!
I bought the bandanna white slipper and I am pleasantly pleased. I also bought this one for my daughter and she can’t stop wearing them. They are made very adorable. They wash wonderfully and they dry just as nice.
The socks are very comfortable and soft. Don't like the tag with their logo that is placed on the outside of these socks. They make the socks very itchy and bothersome to wear. When you wear pants over these socks, the tag will sometimes get caught on the pants too.
Not all of their socks have these tags on them, and I wish they could just remove them from these kinds of socks.
I love these. So soft. Wash up well.
